Good prices and friendly staff. Maeve who answered my call was amazing - friendly and helpful from the start, she took time to understand my request. She and Eric bent over backwards to make sure that things worked out for me. I will definitely be buying from here again!

I want to say, you guys are a life saver. It is already hard finding anywhere in Australia that stock cosplays. Yes you still have special orders but you had some in stock which was great for my case when my original cosplay didn't have arrive in time. Josh, was fantastic in helping me. Letting me know what the store had in stock and express shipping it to me. I am so thankful for and Australia Post surprisingly delivered it the next day. Which gave me ample of time to make any adjustments. The costume was pretty well made. I wasn't expecting the quality to be that well made to be honest. I don't know who your supplier is but stick with them. You have definitely made a life time customer and I will be back for more cosplays, if they are made this well. I hope to have some photos to share after the weekend is over (If I can edit this post).

Absolutely incredible store, the products are super high quality and the service is AMAZING - my partner and I were looking at the buster sword they had in store, trying to decide if we wanted to buy it today and Brianna in store was kind enough to let us hold it which absolutely sold it to us 110% cannot wait to build a display and put it on the wall!!

genuinely one of the best customer service experiences i’ve ever had in my life. there was a girl who served me in store called brianna. she had the best vibe ever, she shared such positive energy and she overall was just such an easy friend to make. she helped me and my friends in store and was doing her job AMAZINGLY. will definitely come here again as it is such an amazing place to spend all my money at. #ilovemodcons

We went in with the impossible task of a teenage boy picking out his own birthday present. Not only was there an excellent selection but Maeve did what his mother couldn't, by understanding what he was looking for and recommending related products. We are now the proud owners of a katana that is sharp, but not too sharp, and has yet to go through the wall. Unbelievably, the teenager even openly expressed his enthusiasm and gratitude proving that Maeve is a miracle worker.

I was looking for gifts for my sister's birthday and I found this shop. Such incredible range of products that otherwise would be hard to find elsewhere. What really stood out to me was their customer service. They contacted me to let me know some products were out of stock and offered to swap for similar products. I let them know my sister's interests and let them know that I'd be happy to pay a difference. They sent me a photo of the swaps which were so all so cute and great picks! They wouldn't let me pay the difference, even with my protest hehe. I definitely recommend buying from this shop based on the kindness and excellent customer service alone, but the range of products is definitely worth it too❤️ I hope everyone in this shop has a wonderful day forever ❤️✨
